Zumba® is a dance fitness program combining dance steps from calypso,
reggaeton, hip hop, rumba, flamenco, salsa, cumbia, merengue and
salsaton. It combines interval aerobic training with dance moves and
saucy music. The Zumba® trademark of Zumba® Fitness LLC was created
by dancer/choreographer Beto Perez, Alberto Perlman and Alberto
Aghion. It has spread across the world! You don't have to be a dancer or
even know how to dance. The moves are easy to learn and fun. Come and
