Tuition Policy Fall 2011/Spring 2012 Effective August 29, 2011 through May 26, 2012

A non-refundable annual registration fee of $25 per student ($35 for family) will be assessed upon enrollment.

- Installment: For auto-draft or full payment only. 4 drafts in Fall and 5 drafts in Spring. See calendar for session
dates.
- Check/Cash: Additional $10 fee and due by the 1st of every month of enrollment.
- Missed Classes: There is no prorating of tuition due to absences. Holidays are not factored into tuition amount.
Make-up classes are encouraged, but must be taken within the same session.
- Family Discount: 10% of 2nd child’s tuition if you pay in full or sign up for auto-draft option.
- Adult Students: Punch card that contains 8 class punches which can be purchased for $100.
- Student Referral Credit is applied to your account if you refer a student who registers for a session.
- Costume Fee: $65 per student per class.
- Performance Fee: $35 per student; $45 per family

Refund Policy/Dropping Classes:
Registration and costume/performance fees are never refunded. However, our tuition refund schedule is as follows:
- Prior to first lesson - 100% refund.
- Withdrawal within first two weeks - 60% refund.
- Withdrawal within first three weeks - 40% refund.
- Withdrawal within first four weeks - 20% refund.
- NO REFUNDS ARE GIVEN AFTER THE FIRST 4 WEEKS OF CLASSES FOR ANY REASON, but unused prorated) tuition will
be issued in the form of an account credit toward future dance classes (not merchandise).
Credit is not transferable.
- THERE ARE NO REFUNDS OR CREDITS GIVEN DURING THE LAST 6 WEEKS OF ANY SESSION.
If you choose to drop a class, you must submit this in writing.
Withdrawal date will be the date that corresponds with the date of your written withdrawal.
Upon registration you will be required to complete an agreement about the tuition policy and indicate your choice of payment. This document also contains the electronic funds transfer (bank draft) agreement.

Tuition DUE by 1st of each month if paying by check/cash option. Auto-draft will occur on or before the 1st of the month (varies depending on bank holidays or weekends.)
