| Tuition Policy |
|
| A non-refundable annual registration fee of $25 ($35 for family) will be assessed upon enrollment. Session tuition is based on how many hours a student takes in one week and is as follows: |

| Tuition is due in full prior to each session. A 10% discount will be given for paying in full. You may also pay your tuition in 5 installments either by automatic draft, cash or check. An additional 10% discount is also available for siblings (after your first child has paid in full). There is no prorating of tuition due to absences. Make-up classes are encouraged, but must be taken during the same session. Missed classes do not carry over to the next session. |
| Special Discounts/Fees: $35 performance fee ($45 for family)- Due March 2. 10% off for paying in full. Pay for 1st child in full and get 10% off second child. (Both discounts can be applied to one family if you pay for all children for the entire session.) |
| New Refund Policy/Dropping Classes: Registration and costume/performance fees are never refunded. However, our tuition refund schedule is as follows: · Prior to first lesson - 100% refund. · Withdrawal within first two weeks - 60% refund. · Withdrawal within first three weeks - 40% refund. · Withdrawal within first four weeks - 20% refund. · NO REFUNDS ARE GIVEN AFTER THE FIRST 4 WEEKS OF CLASSES FOR ANY REASON, but unused (prorated) tuition will be issued in the form of an account credit toward future dance classes (not merchandise). Credit is not transferable. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS OR CREDITS GIVEN DURING THE LAST 6 WEEKS OF ANY SESSION. If you choose to drop a class, you must submit this in writing. Withdrawal date will be the date that corresponds with the date of your written withdrawal. |
