Class Placement: Students will remain in the level that they were in during the Fall/Spring Sessions unless the teacher
advises you otherwise. Please remember our new level system that emphasizes remaining in a level for more than one
year.  Promotion is earned by successfully mastering a level.  Students will not be placed in levels based on friends,
carpooling, or siblings.  
New Student Placement: If you are new to Metamorphosis you will be placed in a level after completing a placement
class assigned by age.  
Class Enrollment: Class sizes will never exceed 10 students, but a minimum of 3 students is required to sustain a class.  If
the class you enroll in does not meet this minimum then the class could be cancelled or combined with another level.  
If a class exceeds the maximum of 10 students then the class will be divided out by level.

Summer Class Tuiton
Refund Policy/Dropping Classes/Camps:
Registration and costume/performance fees are never refunded. However, our tuition refund schedule is as follows:
  • Prior to first lesson - 100% refund.
  • Withdrawal within first two weeks - 60% refund.
  • Withdrawal within first three weeks - 40% refund.
  • Withdrawal within first four weeks - 20% refund.
  • NO REFUNDS ARE GIVEN AFTER THE FIRST 4 WEEKS OF CLASSES FOR ANY REASON, but unused (prorated) tuition will be
    issued in the form of an account credit toward future dance classes (not merchandise). Credit is not transferable. If
    you choose to drop a class, you must submit this in writing.  Withdrawal date will be the date that corresponds with
    the date of your written withdrawal.

  • Session rates only applicable if you pay in full or sign
    up for auto-draft option. Drafts take place on or
    around the 1st of the month.
  • Increased rate is if you chose to pay by the 1st of the
    month by check or cash.
  • There is no prorating of tuition due to absences or
    holidays.  Make-up classes are encouraged, but must
    be taken within the same session.  Holidays are not
    factored in to your tuition therefore make-up classes
    cannot be taken.  
  • Family Discount 10% of 2nd child’s tuition if you pay in
    full or sign up for auto-draft option.
  • Summer Session: June 1- August 21(12 weeks)
  • New Students required to pay the annual registration
    fee of $25 per student or $35 per family.
