"My teaching philosophy is based in biomechanics, healthy movement, physics, and healthy thinking. I try to instill in my students a balance of a strong work ethic and a healthy attitude. My work in biomechanics has enabled me to adapt movement to many different kinds of bodies and not ever restrict a child from a form of movement because of their body type. Every body type provides endless possibilities in movement. Teaching good, healthy, and full movement is my passion." |
