| 2005 Metamorphosis Dance Academy. Inspiring the dancer in everyone with a professional faculty. Your home for dance instruction, including ballet, jazz, modern, and tap for Round Rock, Austin, Pflugerville, Georgetown and surrounding areas. |
Costume Fees will be due by October 1. Students age 3-10: $65 per child per class. Students age 11-18: $75 per child per class. A performance fee will be due by March 1. This fee is to cover the theater rental and other production needs without charging admission to the show. Single students will owe $35.00. Families will owe $45.00. Performance Details Theme: TBA Venue: Boyd Vance Theater (directions will be provided closer to the show) Date: Friday, May 23 and Saturday, May 24 Time: 7:30pm (Fri.); 10:30am (Sat.); 7:30pm (Sat.) Dress Rehearsal: Thursday, May 22 6:00-10:00pm (a more specific schedule will be provided.) American Video Productions will record the performances and DVDs will be sold. Cost is $20.00 per DVD. Sign-up will be posted at the studio and also in the lobby at the performance. Individual and group photographs will be taken. Details provided closer to the show. Concessions will be sold by Austin Metamorphosis Dance Ensemble, a non-profit organization. |
| Participation is optional, but encouraged as it is the ultimate reward for a year of hard work. Preparation for this show will not begin until after Spring Break. We realize that everyone gets really busy toward the end of school, but please do not let your attendance suffer. This affects your other classmates and makes it impossible for the teacher to create a quality piece of choreography. The faculty believes that teaching should be the focus for 3/4 of the year for your child to get the best dance education. Costumes will be purchased that are age appropriate, well-constructed, and affordable every other year. 2007-2008 is a costumed year . |
